Task1

Some people prefer to make plans with friends for social activities far in advance. Others prefer to be more spontaneous and make plans with friends on the same day they would like to see them. Which do you prefer and why?

提前规划

Reason 1: 提前做好规划可以避免不必要的问题。例如，新冠期间，出行需要关注各地不同的防疫政策（epidemic prevention policy），有些地方需要48小时核酸检测报告（ nucleic acid test report），需要提前做好准备，去到游玩的地方，却不让进。

Reason 2: 提前规划可以充分利用假期，大家玩的更尽兴。例如，提前规划好南京一日游（one-day tour）的行程，不用在游玩的时候再花时间思考去哪里。

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

Almost all parents at some time disapprove of (do not like) the way a teacher is teaching their child; however, it is usually better for the parents not to express their disagreement to the teacher.

Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

观点：Agree, it is better for parents to keep silent towards teachers' schooling

1. 从Children的角度

1) children是教育的直接对象，家长的意见不代表孩子自己的意愿，如果家长强行表达自己的不满要求家长改变教学方式，反而有可能完成孩子的叛逆心理rebellion

2. 从Teachers的角度

 1) teachers一直被家长否定，可能会失去教学的信心，反而不利于教学的进步。每个老师都有自己的教学重点和节奏，尤其是老师通常考虑整个班级的平均水平而不是个别学生的表现，家长过度强调个别学生的表现会影响整体的教学进度和效果

3. 让步

对方观点：disagree

对方前提条件：只有提出意见才能确保进步

反驳：

1) 进步不等于disagreement，和谐合作才能促进共赢cooperating harmoniously will better contribute to win-win situation
