要点：agree，这个问题上我们可以从个人和government的角度出发

1.从people的角度

（1）living condition is much better，人们有条件去上更好的学校，追求更好的education

（2）有更多的途径来学习，比如说online course，tutors，studying abroad

2.从government的角度

（1）invest more to construct more schools 也开放了很多free libraries

（2）come out compulsory education to ensure that every child have the access to knowledge

3.让步：

对方观点：disagree

对方前提条件：要很好的教育要承受很大的经济压力，现在的经济并没有好太多，很多学生还是上不了学

反驳：government和school 有设立很多的奖学金和助学金补贴，对于情况不太好的学生，政府也会有特别补助
