Large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to other workers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

本周的题目是涉及到了一些经济和商业的知识，烤鸭们需要知道executive可以是领导层，管理人员还有执行官的意思，也就是我们所说的高级打工人。这篇文章应该绝大多数考生都是同意吧？毕竟这已经是商业世界的普遍事实，也是咱们普通人心中的常识。那么凭什么CEO，管理层可以拿那么高的工资，高到什么程度？来看《纽约时报》2021年的一篇报道中的引用：Chief executives of big companies now make, on average, 320 times as much as their typical worker, according to the Economic Policy Institute. 大公司的CEO们平均工资是普通员工320倍。其实业界讨论更多的是CEO们是不是工资“太”过于高了？雅思考官可能觉得如果这样出题的话对于很多没有工作经验的考生太过于难写了，所以就稍稍对讨论点进行了修改。

那么这个现象背后会有一些什么原因呢？主要有三点：1. 高层决策影响力大（影响到公司生死存亡，做得好贡献也大）；2. 该岗位要求高；3. 水涨船高（与其他公司比较）
