作为一个管理者，你愿意多花一些时间讨论，还是尽快提交一个方案？

参考答案：

If I have the chance to be a leader, I’ll try my best to be a good one and to take as much time as needed to discuss the pros and cons before putting any plans into action. In this way, the talents and creative ideas of members in my team will be fully explored, and that’s something I can’t afford to miss. Also, with more time, we as a team get to avoid as many mistakes and loopholes in our plan as possible. For example, in school sometimes we would be asked to have group discussions in politics classes. My study group don’t really have a good tradition for taking the time to go over all the details and exchange ideas among all members. Therefore, so far we haven’t been doing too well in the final presentations.
