在现实生活中，我们会遇到很多具有争议性的问题，例如：需不需要穿着很时尚？需不需要在高中学习经济学？需不需要去国外进修？需不需要网络面试？需不需要面对面的解决问题？需不需要降低驾照年龄门槛？这时候，有些人会持赞同意见，有些人会持反对意见。

但是，这个问题放到托福口语中，我们是持赞同意见，还是持反对意见呢？

比如来看下这一道口语题：

Imagine that there is a proposal to lower the age at which a person can get a license to drive a car in your country. Would you agree or disagree with this proposal? Explain why.

这道题属于经典的个人观点二选一。

观点1: lower the age at which a person can get a license to drive a car in your country.

观点 2: can’t lower the age at which a person can get a license to drive a car in your country.

大体的时候要记住，流利度第一，所以不要给自己找麻烦。哪个观点好说，我们就选择哪一个。Don’t look for trouble. 

所以最简单的方式符合常识来回答，那答案肯定是反对这样的说法。

“Personally speaking， I disagree with the point mentioned above of view”

我们来康康，为什么我们会觉得降低驾照的年龄门槛是一件不好的事情呢？

其实设身处地的想，其实我们的法律有规定法定的驾驶年龄，那我们不妨来思考一下，国家的think tank 为什么要做出这样的决策，把驾驶年龄限制在了18周岁以上。

这个时候就能得出来一个结论18周岁--成年门槛，成为了划分是否可以使用驾照的重要原因，也就是说成年与否影响人们的驾驶。---成年的优点或者是未成年的缺点。

“Firstly，youngsters, especially juveniles, are not yet equipped with a healthy and sound physical body and mentality, lacking self-control. As a result, tremendous road accidents involving teenagers who secretly drive their parent's cars lead to hazardous consequences.”.

“For example, I have witnessed a situation where the driver, a teenager, in the process of avoiding pedestrians, lost his ability to control the vehicle, resulting in the vehicle rushing into the green space, let alone other situations.

“Secondly, teenagers are the certain group whose basic awareness of traffic laws and road safety concepts is relatively weak.”

接着这个话题的基础上我们继续在深究一下，办理驾照所需要的必备证件是身份证，而根据中国的法律规定，年满十六周岁的青少年才可以独立地向常住户口所在地的公安机关申请领取居民身份证。

“Additionally, the 16-year-old does not have an ID card. So how to deal with a driver's license without an ID card? It's problematic.

所以透过这两个场景，我们来捋一下我们的观点，毋庸置疑，肯定是不同意的。

无论是从法律的角度还是从未成年的个人能力的角度来说，降低驾照的使用年龄都是不好的。
