As for those who do not want to lose their jobs in the near future, the following tips are valuable. First and foremost, improving ourselves is a lifelong task, which implies that we have to try our best to keep in the step with all types of innovation happening all the time, especially in our occupational areas. Besides, a clear and forward-looking career plan is badly needed, since with profound understanding of industries we are working in, which sorts of positions are going to be replaced by technology is probably foreseeable. Eventually, we ought not to pursue the so-called job security excessively, because it is the waste of time and it does not exist at all.

In summary, the world of work is ever-changing, but not arbitrary or random. Being ready for facing all kinds of variations is the basic skill for surviving in the workplace, because the only thing that never changes in the world is change.
