最近刷考题，看到很多同学都在积极回忆，其中有这么几道，一眼看上去，整整齐齐，似乎也不难，但是回想起以往我的一些学员们在面对这一类问题的时候的表现，突然有些担忧。主要是怕大家回答得太少，不够有说服力。这些看似简单的问题，也不能轻视，因为part3的部分的答题要求是要充分说明自己的观点并能够给出详细的例子。三言两语肯定是不够，大家要牢记每道题最好回答30秒以上，但也不必超过一分钟那么久。

问题如下：

Where would people spend their day?

人们会去哪些地方度过一天？

Would weather affect people’s day out?

天气会影响人们出行吗？

Why rainy days make people feel bad?

为什么雨天会使人心情糟糕？

Why do some people like to travel with partners while others prefer to travel alone?

为什么有的人会结伴出游，有的人选择独自出游？

接下来我们一个一个来分析。

第一题：Where would people spend their day?

这个能回答的方面有很多。涉及到people的话题，若想答得有条理，大家可以把people进行分类，比如年龄、身份、性别等等。考试的时候，大家第一时间想到的应该是自己度过一天会选择的地点，可以作为第一个例子进行展开。答题的时候不要说I usually go to… 这样的句型就好，大家知道part3可以用自身的例子作为思路，但是不能这样直接答题。而是要换成某一类群体，比如你是个大学生，在不上课的时候，经常会和室友们出去逛街、看电影，那么这道题就可以答：I think a lot of college students would usually go to the city center to watch a movie and to have a good meal in the mall with their friends when they have no classes. It’s a very common and popular way of recreation. 说完这句，如果突然想到很多大四的学生在准备考研，那大部分的时间应该都呆在教室或者图书馆学习，那么可以接着说下去: However, some students who are preparing for important exams may spend most of their days in the library or classrooms. It really depends on people’s priorities. 学生群体差不多了，接下来可以说说你熟悉的其他群体，比如家里的老人，退休的父母，上班族表兄弟姐们。In comparison, senior people and retired people usually spend their day in a park with their friends. I have seen a lot of them chatting with each other or dancing in a park happily. It’s really a wonderful lifestyle after retirement. 答到这个长度就差不多了。

第二题：Would weather affect people’s day out?

天气和人们的出行必然息息相关。如果是计划了一次野餐，突遇下雨天，计划就要取消了。类似的其他户外活动也一定会受到影响。但是对于大楼里的上班族来说，大概率是风雨无误，只是会因为出行不便而迟到而已。此外，一定也有一些人是完全不受天气影响的，他们会完全按照原计划实施自己想做的事。

When people have plans to go for a picnic or to do some sports outside, if it starts to rain, they would have to take a rain check. For those who work in office buildings, however, weather usually would not affect them. They might be late for a bit because of bad weather, in most cases, they would not be allowed to take the day off no matter whether it’s a sunny day or a windy day. Besides, I guess there must be some people who would not be affected by weather at all. They would stick to their original plan no matter what kind of weather it is.

第三题：Why rainy days make people feel bad?

这个问题本身就不成立，因为有的人是喜欢下雨天的。但是我们没有必要上来就反驳。可以先顺着这个思路回答一部分，如果实在没话可说了，就反驳一下增加内容，会显得很有观点。

In my view, on rainy days, the world is getting quiet and all we can hear is the sound of rain, heavy or light, it’s a very special sound that would make people think. And the day is usually dark. Dark days make people sad because without sunshine we don’t feel safe. Besides, rainy days would affect people’s plan out. Obviously, we don’t like our plans to be changed in most cases. However, it’s not true that everybody hates rainy days. There are actually loads of people who are crazy about rainy days. The heavier, the better. They feel like running outside. They feel the rain from the sky is some kind of blessing, some magical power. I think it’s really special.

第四题：Why do some people like to travel with partners while others prefer to travel alone?

喜欢同伴是因为不想让旅途寂寞，而自己出行完全可以不顾及别人的想法随意制定计划。确实各有各的好处。

It’s really not difficult to explain people’s different preferences on whether to travel alone or with others. Those who enjoy travelling alone simply don’t want to be disturbed. They want to go anywhere they hope to visit. They make their own decisions about what to eat, when to leave, what kind of transportation to choose etc. They don’t need to take anyone’s opinions into consideration. They have all the freedom. It’s good. However, there are also many people who are not good at planning for trips. They have no idea about what to do, where to go. Therefore, they need partners who have the ability to make plans for them. All they have to do is to follow without having to worry about anything. Even if they are able to make the plans, some still enjoy to have someone to talk with on the road. They don’t want to stay alone.
