Nowadays, some older people choose to live in the retirement communities with other people, rather than living with their adult children. Is it a positive or negative development?

Backgroundinformation	In the present society, we have stepped into an aging society (老龄化社会). Many countries and governments are much more concerned about (关心) the situation confronting us, especially how can seniors be able to lead a happy life (安享晚年).
Rephrase the topic	Under this circumstance, many geracomiums (n. 敬老院) spring up like mushrooms (如雨后春笋般冒了出来) with the view to furnishing the elderly a better place to settle down (安身).
Attitude orpersonal opinion	Personally, I think this is a wise practice (一个明智的做法) to resolve the aging issue.

Body paragraph 1

Idea	The first reason for approving of retirement homes (养老院) is about the time shortage of young people.
Reason (Why)	In a fast-paced society (快节奏的社会) with fierce competition (竞争激烈), young people always devote themselves wholly to (投入) their work and life, so that spending time and energy taking care of old family members is no more than a fantasy (只是一种幻想).
Example	Therefore, the last hope goes to old people’s homes that can offer bounteous food (丰盛的食物), 24-hour nursing service (护理服务) and entertainment facilities, rendering (v. 致使) them a happy life there.
Conclusion	In a place consisting of old people, they can also make some new companions and friends and establish good relations (建立良好的关系) with them, which improves their emotional well-being (情绪健康).

Idea	Placing elders into geracomiums can also avoid family conflicts (家庭冲突) caused by the gap between generations (代沟).
Reason (Why)	It is clear that the lifestyles of young and old people are seriously different, even exclusive (adj. 排斥) from each other.
Example	For example, young adults like something exciting and surprising, while the older prefer peacefulness and quietness.
Conclusion	If they live together, it is expected that there would be too many disagreements (n. 分歧), disputes, misunderstandings and even complaints between them, thus putting the family tie (家庭关系) into tension.

观点	把老人安置在敬老院也可以避免代沟引起的家庭冲突。
